Every horse at RandaLayne Stables has a unique personality, history, and role within our program. Some help new riders discover their confidence, while others support experienced riders as they develop their skills. Their comfort, health, and happiness are at the heart of everything we do.
Majik
The Original
Hi! I’m Majik, I’m a 28-year-old quarter horse. My favourite snacks are carrots and sugar cubes. I enjoy being ridden western, earlier in my career I was a champion at barrel racing and pole bending at the local saddle clubs.
I love teaching beginners the basics.
Rayne
Boss Mare
Hi, my name is Rayne - that’s with a 'Y'. I am 10-years-old. I am a registered American Paint horse, specifically coloured as a Tobiano. I enjoy riding western, including games and dressage. As a young horse I won the Futurity in- hand barrel racing. Currently, I show western dressage at Glanbrook Cadora & London Dressage Association (2026).
Taliento
A.K.A. Tally
Hello there. You can call me Tally although my show name is Taliento. I am a 24-year-old saddlebred and a perfect gentleman. I primarily ride english dressage although I do entertain a western saddle from time to time. Last year (2025) I won the Reserve Champion of the Intro Divison at the London Dressage Association (LDA). This year I am showing LDA and Glanbrok Cadora series. Don’t let my height scare you away, I’m perfectly lovable!

Hay dude, my name is Teddy. I’m a 7-year-old paint horse that came from Saskatchewan. I ride both english and western. You can have your first ride on me as I am sweet as I am chill. If you know how to press my buttons, then we can really have some fun!

Hi! Hi! Hi! Hay there! I’m Nacho, without the jalapeños but I’m still spicy! I'm a 3-year-old buckskin pony. I am in training to become a lesson pony. I love to greet everyone, I even talk back to you. See you soon!
Brad Pitt
The One, The Only
Hay you guys! My name is Brad Pitt - I'm more handsome than the actor. I am a registered Quarter Horse and I am 15 years old. In my earlier years, I have competed and won Championships at many of the local saddle clubs, including the Ontario Saddle Youth Team Tournament (2016-2018). I’ve won the Championship for Western Style Dressage Association of Canada Level 1 Open (2022). I have competed at Congress, Ohio (2024).
I’m competing at London Dressage Association, Glandbrook Cadora Series, and Caledon Dressage.
I’m a faithful partner - advanced students enjoy competing with me.

Hello there. Most know me as Valentinus, however, my friends call me Valek. I am not a school horse but I am loved by the students. I compete english dressage at the Glanbrook Cadora Series and LDA with my trainer. I am as lovable as I am tall; I am deeply loved by my owner.
I would never say no to a sugar cube, food for thought...
